Bookings should be made through the official CEA NIGERIA Secretariat or listed travel partners on the website. Reservations are first-come, first-served. A 50% deposit is required, with full payment due at least three weeks before arrival. A confirmation letter and receipt will be issued within 48 hours.

Early reservation is strongly recommended. August is peak season in Abuja, and partner hotels have limited availability. Booking early ensures preferred hotel category, proximity to the venue, and shuttle scheduling.

Yes. For 5 or more participants, group packages with discounted rates and coordinated shuttles are available. Submit participant names, arrival details, and special requests at least 14 days before arrival.

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to hotel availability.
